1. Returns are accepted within 07 days of receipt of the product.
2. Returns are only accepted in the case of a wrong product delivered or you find a flaw or problem before opening the package.
3. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product by email or phone or fill the return form given below to inform us of the issue. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product and provide you return address.
4. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
6. If the product is found to be incorrect or flawed, we will offer you a full refund or replacement within 07-10 working days, as per your preference.
7. If the product is not defective or incorrect, we will return it to you at your expense.
8. Please return goods with a copy of the invoice.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping. We recommend that you use a shipping service with a tracking number and insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
